My boy can't eat normal food

My boy is 2 year old, he can't eat rnormal food, all his food needs to be pureed like 1 year old. Also he's haveing hard time breath at night because his noise got block. He always having running noise and block noise.

what should I do? I can read Chinese but can't type chinese so if the reply in chinese will be ok with me.
